Beginner Level Lesson Plan 1.5

This is a Beginner Level Lesson Plan 1.5 - to be used after completing Ballet Beginner Lesson 1.4 but it can stand alone as a lesson plan for ages 5-7 that reinforces the basics with a few twists to keep the students on their toes. It is a complete 1 hour class with 12 combinations including:

  1. Warm-up

  2. Barre exercises (plies, tendus, degages, rond de jambes, fondus, frappes & grand battements)

  3. Center floor exercises (Tendus with temps lie & pas de bourree, petite jete & temps leve)

  4. Across the floor exercises (Changements & Chasses, intro to pique & soutenu turns)

  5. Music suggestions for each exercise

  6. An abundance of teacher notes!

BONUS: It has more than an hour of content so you can work with it over the course of several weeks!
