Beg/Int Level Lesson Plan 2.0
This is a Ballet Beginner/Intermediate Level 2 lesson plan for ages 7-9 that reinforces the basics with a few twists to keep the students on their toes. It is a complete 1 hour class including:
Warm-up
Barre exercises (plies, tendus, degages, ronde de jambes, frappes, fondus, grand battements)
Center floor exercises (Adagio, tendus, pirouettes, 2 petite allegro combinations)
Across-the-floor exercises (Waltz, turns, grand allegro)
Reverence
Music suggestions for each exercise

Great Supplemental Combos
These lesson plans have some great supplemental combos. I like to do my own lesson plans but it’s fun to add some of these into my own stuff from time to time. It’s a different teaching style than mine as well, so it’s nice to give my dancers some more variety.
