Beg/Int Level Lesson Plan 2.3

This is a Beginner/Intermediate Level 2 for use after Beg/Int Level 2.2 but it can be a stand-alone lesson plan for ages 7-9 that reinforces the basics with a few twists to keep the students on their toes. It is a complete 1 hour class including 14 combinations:

  1. Warm-up

  2. Barre exercises (plies, tendus, degages, ronde de jambes, frappes, fondus/developpes, grand battements)

  3. Center floor exercises (Tendus with coupes & passes, balance & pirouette practice, petite allegro combinations)

  4. Across the floor exercises (Waltz, turns, grand allegro)

  5. Music suggestions for each exercise

  6. Some notes from me!

BONUS: It has more than an hour of content so you can work with it over the course of several weeks!
