Int/Adv Level Lesson Plan 4.1
This is a Ballet Intermediate/Advanced Level lesson plan for ages 11-13 that reinforces while building in difficulty with a few twists to keep the students on their toes. It is a complete 1+ hour class including:
Warm-up to focus on getting their minds into class and incorporating a little bit of style in their movements
Barre exercises (plies, tendus, degages, ronde de jambes, frappes, fondus, grand battements)
Center floor exercises (Adagio, tendus, pirouettes, and petite allegro combinations)
Across the floor exercises (Waltz, turns, grand allegro)
Reverence
Music suggestions for each exercise

BONUS: It has more than an hour of content so you can work with it over the course of several weeks!
