Intermediate Level Lesson Plan 3.2
This is a Ballet Intermediate Level 3 - Lesson Plan 3.2 for ages 9-11 . This plan is full of great combinations to keep your students engaged and a couple of combinations that combine elements together so you don’t have to skip anything if you have a 1-hour class.
Warm-up that focuses on waking up the feet and set the stage for a better demi pointe.
Barre exercises (plies, tendus from 5th, degages with coupe, fondus with ronde de jambes, frappes, and grand battements)
Center floor exercises (Tendus, pirouettes, petite and medium allegro combinations)
Across the floor exercises (Adagio, and turns with a grand allegro)
Reverence
