This is a Ballet Intermediate Level 3 - Lesson Plan 3.3 for ages 9-11 . This plan is full of great combinations to challenge your students and incorporate some elements from the barre to the center. There is a lot of content in this lesson and can be easily used for several weeks especially if you only have a 1-hour class. It includes:

  • Warm-up that includes just about everything.

  • Barre exercises (plies, tendus 1st & 5th, degages, rond de jambes, frappes, adagio and grand battements)

  • Center floor exercises (Tendus from 5th, simple adagio, pirouettes en dehor & en dedan, 2-petite allegro combinations)

  • Across the floor grand allegro

  • Reverence

  • Music suggestions for each exercise

  • Some notes from me!
